- $375 per team and hit your own balls

- $150 due at registration in order to be put on schedule

- Registration Deadline: August 6, 2010

**August 9th 8pm Rec Office: MANDATORY MEETING**

- Rules will be given out at this meeting

- $150 MINIMUM non refundable due at this meeting or you will not be put on game schedule - NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Schedules ready for pick up after noon on August 12th, 2010

**You must have roster/affidavits turned in AND balance paid in order to be given a schedule.

YOUR TEAM WILL FORFEIT ALL SCHEDULED GAMES UNTIL EVERYTHING IS TURNED IN. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.**
